Artillery, Replays and improved Graphics


New Unit: Artillery

The brand new Artillery strikes from afar: With a base range of 10 it outranges every other unit in the game.
When upgraded it can shoot missiles across the whole battlefield. On the downside it is very vulerable.

Balancing Changes

  • Glider
    • Attack reduced: 40 -> 39
    • Build time increased: 15s -> 25s
    • Cooldown increased: 1.1s -> 1.3s
  • Melaneus
    • Attack increased: 26 -> 28
    • Cooldown decreased: 2.4s -> 1.8s
    • Damage delay reduced: 0.8s -> 0.6s
  • Roaming units now faster update their targets
  • Start building placement changed to make direct attacks on the economy a little bit harder

New Features and Improvements

  • Online matches and matches vs AI are now recorded and can be replayed
  • Better selection visual
  • Show ranking
  • AI Opponents are now stronger
  • Multiple minor graphics improvements

Web-Build

Unfortunately I had to drop the WebGL build. It was becoming more and more difficult to keep it working. I had to do every visual effect twice, and the Web-Build had more and more issues ...
